4 ?: Low battery warning remote mute?... Wi-Fi connection lost... where is email to support on website... recurrent flash sale ad?

1. My wife was home with our dog (who doesn't like beeping things) and she got a low battery on keypad alarm. I was not home and she does not use the keypad. I tried to at least mute the alarm remotely but was unable to do so. Is that possible?

2. After a power glitch the base station reported lost wifi. The android app still listed it as connected and so I tried connecting but it timed out. Was able to reconnect from keypad. Only then did I get message about wifi restored. Is the android app wifi part glitchy?

3. I looked on website to try to send these but could not find email form to support. Is it gone?

4. I clicked to remove the flash sale ad in the corner but it comes back with every page change. Can someone fix this?
