Video Doorbell keeps failing
I’ve tried to install a camera doorbell three times already. I have a 16 V transformer and a mechanical chime. The odd thing is that I get a green light for about seven seconds every 30 seconds.

@FeliRod The yellow light is an indicator that the Video Doorbell is attempting to boot up, and since it seems to be cycling, it sounds like that boot is failing.
Assuming that you've already made sure that all the contacts are screwed in properly, and there are no shorts in the circuit, there might be an issue with the Video Doorbell itself.
I strongly suggest reaching out to our Support team so we can get you a replacement - and a Chime Connector, just in case.
