SimpliCam Keeps Going Offline

I am soo frustrated. My simplicam keeps going offline and now has a steady blue light. I called customer service twice last night, waited 30 mins each time and no resolution

I converted your comment into its own thread so we could troubleshoot your camera further here. 

A solid blue light on the SimpliCam indicates that it is connected and ready to record motion or live stream, so the camera should be online.

As a first step, I would try rebooting your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for 30-60 seconds and then plugging it back in. This can help the SimpliCam maintain its connection to your network. 

I would also recommend using our in-app Connection Check tool. This will run a scan of the SimpliCam’s connection to your network and provide additional troubleshooting steps to strengthen it based on your results. This article in our Help Center will take you through the steps of using the Connection Check tool and provide additional details on what your results mean.
