outdoor camera activation

when I try to activate my outdoor camera using my cell it will not connect.  When I step in front of the camera the system sends me a note to my phone and the camera is activated

Hi @mnnomura ,

Just so I have this straight. Your Outdoor Camera is already set up, and what you're asking about is trying to access the video feed through the app. But you are getting notifications about Motion, so you know that it's connected and able to send signals - it's just launching the livestream that isn't working.

This sounds like connectivity issues between your Outdoor Camera and your home's WiFi router. Have you already followed through the guides on our Help Center? We have some steps there that can help.

@davey_d I have the same issue with the one outdoor camera connected to electrical circuit.  It is the only one connected to electrical circuit.  Other cameras are connected to solar panels.  I have the same issue with my laptop.  The careame is on 1.7 version of software.
