Outdoor cam with charging cable
I have the outdoor cam and the SS charging cable.
The camera charge last longer than without the cable, but it does not stay charged. I still have to bring the battery in to charge. Needs a charge about every three months I think.
I thought the cable should keep the cam charged at all times.

@nortnarg The Outdoor Camera Power Cable should keep the camera charged at all times. As Dlpsr said, I would first check the outlet that the power cable is plugged into to ensure that it's powered and working properly. If the outlet does work, I would also check both ends of the power cable to see if its properly plugged into the Outdoor Camera and the cable's power adapter.
If the outlet works and the power cable is plugged in all the way, there may be a hardware issue at play. In that case, I would contact our Support team for a replacement.
