Do you see any error message on your screen when you try to view your camera's live stream, or does the video just not play? If the live stream does not load, this is often due to an underlying network connectivity issue with the camera.
To troubleshoot the indoor camera's connection to your Wi-Fi network, I recommend using our in-app Connection Check tool to determine if any improvements can be made to its Wi-Fi connection.
