Doorbell chime volume can’t be changed

I installed our doorbell today.  The video and two way audio work great but the doorbell chime doesn’t work on the base station. I tried to change the base station chime setting in the app but it can’t be changed. The icon shows the speaker with a line through it and the slider is in the off position.

@Mscheller depending on what chime unit you have, you may need a kit from SS. Here is a link to an article from the Help Center that may help, but in any event, call SS Support to troubleshoot. I needed the kit for my chime and it has worked well for since installed, shortly after release.  Please post your outcome here is you get a chance. Thanks!

Captain, I think they're asking about the Base Station Chime setting in the app. It should look like this:
