Cameras are next to useless

I have five indoor cameras in my SimpliSafe system. If I query them while I'm home, they generally work fine. If I am practically anywhere else, 3 or 4 of the five give a "Camera Disconnected from the Internet" message. Clearly they ARE connected, so this renders them useless for all practical purposes. I have a MESH wifi system which is plenty strong enough for the Ring cameras I have outdoors, so I am at a loss to understand what the issue is.

Hi @Knaggster, 

The "Camera Disconnected" error could appear for a few different reasons, like if your WiFi router or camera lost power. In this Help Center article, we have three guided flows to help troubleshoot this error message. I would recommend looking at the second and third flows to ensure that there is a strong WiFi signal and upload speed.
