Camera not recognizing our WiFi

I've attempted to set up our camera numerous times & it keeps telling me it can't locate our WiFi, even though it's very close to the router & all other devices have no connection problems. Anyone know anything about this issue?

Make sure your Wifi router is broadcasting 2.4Ghz spectrum and not just 5 Ghz? Simplisafe devices only have a 2.4Ghz wifi chip in them.

My cameras would not connect to my wireless. After lots of troubleshooting I figured out issue was the name of my router.  I had an apostrophe in the name and when I removed it the camera connected.  I suspect special characters in the router name or password may also be an issue.
