Xfinity Mobile alerts

ATTN: ENGINEERING As of this date and time xfinity mobile isn't a choice on your pop down menu when inputting cell numbers/email.

Verizon/verizon smart phone, no longer work, at least on our phones. So we are relying on push to work.

Please notify us when this is updated so we can "Verify' our phone numbers.

I have the same issue. Why can't Simplisafe send alerts to my Xfinity mobile account? This is 2021 and Simplisafe is supposed to be the best, most advanced security system in the world.

Hi @frankdef,

Unfortunately, Xfinity Mobile doesn't have its own SMS -> Email gateway and generally uses Verizon's [phonenumber]@vtext.com. Many of our customers have had success using the PagePlus/StraightTalk option. Give that a try and let us know if it works for you.

I still have same xfinity sms  issue that I inquired about years ago. Disappointed its still not resolved. . PagePlus/Straight talk does not work either. Any other ideas for Washington state?

Are you having problems verifying your cell phone number for these alerts, or were you able to verify it but are still not receiving any SMS alerts? Let us know and we'll do our best to help you out.
