Wifi issues

It all started 2 months ago when I changed ISPs. Altho the keypad said I was connected to a network, when I checked for updates, it said there was no wifi. Modem said base station was connected but keypad would not allow for updates. Four phone calls, 2 new base stations, 1 new keypad, and 1 great customer service rep finally got things rolling.  And it hummed along for a month - until I was notified of a system update. I started the process, the base station was talking, it said "updating keypad" and that was the last thing I heard about the update. When I checked to see if I was up-to-date, I was back the the wifi connect, you have no wifi loop. Four more phonecalls and nothing.  The last rep said I should call them whenever there is a system update to be done and they would do it from their end which does not seem like a reasonable solution to me.  He then said he would boot the issue up the chain of command & I requested the same person who had previously been so helpful and he said he was busy but would call me back. That was 10 days ago and no one has called back. What are my options?  Thanks....
