I am installing my SimpliSafe. Right now I am running into the problem of enter my Master PIN to unlock Remote Management.

To add more info, the Master PIN is the first PIN added to your system. It is the only one that can unlock your system's Menu. That would be why the app asks for that PIN - to gain permission from your system to take control.
On any Keypad:

Go to the menu on the keypad and manuver thru the menu using the up/down and right/left arrow marked on the face of the keypad. you will see 'PIN' at the top of the menu, I think. Press up arrow to get there and enter your master pin.

If you may have changed it and don't remember you'll probably need to call SS.
