Unable to arm system with iOS app
I recently upgraded from an Android phone to an iPhone 12. I am not able to arm my system with the iOS app but have no trouble with the Android app. I get an error message "Device Connection Problem" and tells me to check my wifi settings which I have done. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS app several times to no avail. Any suggestions?
I have the original Simplisafe system with the Verizon module.

Just glancing over at your account, we're not sure this is an iOS issue. If you log into your online account on a desktop browser ( through here) do you see a similar error message?
