Two Base Stations in different Cities but one Account on the APP
I have set up my two homes on Simplisafe in two different cities. I can see both of them while on the app and can arm and disarm and view cameras and all. My question is if I last had activity on City 1 system and have the app closed and there is an alarm at City 2 will the app notify me? Or does it only look at the last system you were one in the app?

@captain11 Thank you for responding.
I sent an email to Support and received this response. "Regarding your question, correct; you are able to receive all the alerts and notifications from both systems at the phone registered in the accounts as the app lets you control your SimpliSafe system and watch live videos of your home anywhere in the world."

@matrammell great question that, unfortunately, I do not have an answer to and suggest you contact support to ask. Hopefully, this will also generate an article in the Help Center (there isn't one that I can see) and, please, post the outcome of your call here.
BTW, there is business software that SS has that is designed to show and manage multiple sites.

Hi @matrammell,
Glad our Support team was able to help out. But yes, it doesn't matter which location you currently have selected on the app. So long as all of the locations are under the same login, you'll get notifications for all of them.
