Timeline Time is 1 hour off

I've come to notice recently.. My push notifications are showing the correct date but the time is1 hour ahead...
But when I  check the timeline via the Mobile app the timeline shows the events as the correct time they happened.
I login via the website and look at timeline via the web.. and yep, it's incorrect and showing 1 hour ahead on everything..

Why is this even an issue?
Is there not somewhere to set your timezone or change time zones?
Why is the mobile app correct but the web is not?

Hi pdmcamaro_1,

Yep, the timezone should be adjusting based on your location (or in case of the app, your phone's settings). Looks like yours was not set correctly.

I've taken the liberty of fixing that up for you. Let us know if you're still having trouble!

@davey_d​ Could you fix my time, too? It is on Eastern Time and my home is the Central Timezone.

@sprice829​ the setting should be accessible from your online account:

  1. Log into your account here
  2. Navigate to Menu > Monitoring
  3. Scroll down on this page, and on the left you should see the dropdown for "Timezone"
