System not connecting to iphone or computer

I am unable to connect with my iphone or mac.  Message says it can't connect to the internet, yet the krypad is working and connecting with the base station.  Tried resetting by pulling the battery but issue remains.  Suggestions?

Hi @patrickivers,

So sorry about this. Our engineers identified an outage last night that affected both the app and camera functionality. Monitoring Service itself was not impacted.

The good news is that our engineers were able to resolve the issue early this morning. So you should not be experiencing any issues right now. If you're still having trouble with the app/website, or anything else, please don't hesitate to let us know!
