The way that our SMS Alerts work is by sending an message through your provider's web-to-text gateway. Unfortunately, there are some carriers (particularly MVNOs - carriers who piggyback off of larger networks) that do not have their own gateway.
You might have some luck by trying the gateway for the Big Three - probably Verizon will work best for you.
But otherwise, as the Captain suggests, we strongly recommend using Push Notifications through the SimpliSafe app. It goes directly from our servers to your app, so it'll likely be more reliable for you.
