SMS notifications not working
Hi Simplisafe team. As of today I am not receiving SMS notifications when my system is armed or disarmed. I am running the app on a Samsung galaxy s10 on one UI 3. I don't receive SMS notifications and can't set them up either on any other phone so I wonder if this is a server issue?

Occasionally, we need to re-verify that the phone number that is set up for you to receive SMS messages on is still yours. Check out the Alerts & Notifications section on your account and see if you need to "verify" your phone number again. If you do, that would be why you haven't received any SMS messages today, and is very simple to verify again.

After bringing this up with our engineers they found a bug in a recent update to our SMS service that was affecting UK customers' ability to receive any SMS messages from us. This bug has been resolved as of about an hour ago. If you are a UK customer, try verifying your number again on your account to see if it will go through this time.

I hope you are well. I have had no update on this and I have updated my Simplisafe app with the various updates you have launched. This still does not work for me. If I send the verification code to activate the SMS notifications on my phone I do not receive the code. I do not get it either using the app on my phone or by attempting to send the code via the web browser either. Could you please support me with this?
