Simplisafe and Google Stopped Working
As of a few days ago, saying "Hey Google Set Simplisafe to Home/Away" stopped working. Google replies back that they don't understand "Simplisafe"
Looking at the device details in Google Home App, if I use the device type/name from Simplisafe: "Security System" it works
So now I have to say "Hey Google Set Security System to Home/Away" and that sets the Simplisafe alarm.
I'm not sure why the change, I've even removed the Simplisafe linking withing the Google Home App and readded it but to no avail.
At least for now I found a workaround but I'm frustrated when things work and then stop for no reason.
Any idea why or when this changed?

Hi @KCTOYOTAPHAM ,
We haven't made any changes on our side. And I actually just tested on my own system, and "Hey Google - Set SimpliSafe to Home" still works!
The only thing I can think of is that Google might have changed their speech recognition, and for some reason isn't recognizing how you say "SimpliSafe" (since that's the only thing different)?
