Random SMS Messages
Hi
I've been getting random text messages the past couple of days along the lines of 'Hello from load test !', where ranges from 1-10.
Anybody else getting this or know what it is? I've had simplisafe for years and not seen this and I've not changed any settings recently. Alarm seems to still be working but the messages get a little annoying.

We've had a few customers mention this to us recently. It's not a message that we are sending out but we do believe we have an explanation for it. The way that we send out our SMS messages is through your cellular provider's email -> SMS gateway, and any email sent to that gateway may look as though it is coming from the same short code number. All of the affected people appear to have the same cellular provider and be in the same geographic region so we believe that it is the cellular provider that is triggering these messages. For further inquiries regarding this specific issue, please contact your cellular provider.
