push notifications stop after an hour

I am having issues with the android app push notifications not notifying me properly a new phone.  It was working fine with my previous phone.  I reinstalled the app and re-verified the device.  The new phone is listed as an approved logon device. Then when logging back into the app it will give me notifications for about an hour then the notifications will just stop.  All the notifications are still set to "ON".  Once I log out of the app and back in again it will work for an other hour and then stop.

Well sort of !!!


The new phone I got was a piece of GARBAGE!!!  Returned it and went back to my old phone...

If reinstalling the app and logging out and back in hasn't given you a permanent fix yet then I recommend contacting our Support Team so that we can do some more in-depth troubleshooting.
