Push Notifications on 2nd Device

I have the standard $14.99 monitoring plan. I would like my wife to get push notifications on her phone as i do on mine, however she is not. I cannot find anywhere to add her phone to get notifications, nor is there a setting in the app or in her phone notification settings.

Do i need to upgrade my monitoring plan in order to have this feature?

If so, this makes the doorbell cam obsolete to Ring as i need all family members to get doorbell notifications.

Thank you!

I thought you needed the 24.95 plan for access, but since it works on yours phone then it should work on hers.  SS is not setup to limit how many devices can connect.  You need to make sure she is logging in using the same username and password that you use.  Can she view the camera feed?  Once you reach that point the push settings are setup in the alerts and notifications section of the app on HER phone.

she is logged into my account and cam view the camera feed. When the doorbell rings, only my phone gets a notification. Her device/app doesnt prompt her to enable notifications, nor is Simplisafe an option in the Settings>Notifications section in her phone.

I too am of the opinion you need the interactive plan to get push notification.

@rtrick16
What is an example of a push notification you have received?

Silly question...have you installed the SS app on her phone too?

I don't have a doorbell cam but I do have 3 SS cams between two different systems and they show up and notify just fine on my GF's phone (the 2nd device) with the SS app installed on it.

Check her phones permissions.

If Android....
Go to main settings for the phone
Apps and notifications
Notifications
Apps
Find simplisafe and tap the 3 dots on the right
Make sure everything is on
