Push notification not accessible
Android app, 3 locations, camera and doorbell. Can access push notification page on 2 locations. On 3rd receive error when opening page, "There was an error. Please try again later". Exhausted 1st level support and told escalated but receive no callback or transfer to this level. Any ideas?

@shaddockjones With 3 locations I am guessing you are using the business app. While hearing about it, not too many of us have actully even seen it, less actually use it. Suggest you contact SS support.

If I am using the business app, no one h]as stated so. It is the app download via Google Play Store. I have 2 residences and one office. It is the office with a doorbell, exterior camera and auto lock that is giving me the problem. Initially, I add the external camera with the full monitoring service. The camera was capturing the images but the phone app did show the recordings. The expert made some adjustments on the back end to fix it. I think the account is messed up but can find anyone beyond the 1st level to have conversation. Very frustrating, I like the DIY and the 1st level service just wish there was a way to find the 2nd level support.

Have you tried removing the app from your device and then downloading it again? I know that has worked for users in the past. However, if that doesn't help, let me know. I can forward your case to our Support team and have a Specialist reach out to you.
