Outdoor Camera Setup
Hello,
This issue seems to be a common thread but I have yet to find a solution listed.
I recently purchased an outdoor camera, however, the app states I need to update my system firmware in order to pair the new device. The pin pad states that it is “up to date”.
Please avise.

Hi @Dahornady,
Looking at your account, I do see that there is a firmware update available. I also see that your Base Station has been disconnected from Wi-Fi and is connected to cellular. The Base Station does need to be connected to Wi-Fi to initiate a firmware update, so I would connect it to Wi-Fi to download the newest update; that should allow you to set up your Outdoor Camera!
