Old system still registered to my email, new person can not use

I gave my old system to a friend because I bought a new one. I no longer see the old system in my account but it will not allow my friend to register the system because it says, it is registered to another email... HOW DO I FIX THIS?????? I am logged into my account and do not see the old equipment anywhere. HELP

The email address associated with your old SimpliSafe system can be updated by following the steps listed in this Help Center article. However, if you do not see the old system in your account, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team for some live troubleshooting.
