Good afternoon. I’m not receiving notifications through the app to my phone regarding alarm activity. All phone settings indicate that I should be receiving.

@ldallas Quickest and easiest way to troubleshoot is to pick up the phone and call support.

Are you able to see events appearing on your Timeline? If not, that indicates that your system is not able to connect to the Monitoring Service.
But if you are seeing events on your Timeline, then the issue is with the notification popup through your phone's operating system. It might help to delete the SimpliSafe app from your device, and re-download from your app store. That can reset the settings data, so you can re-enable notifications again.
