No longer see system in app

My system has been set up and working for about a year. I pay for the monitoring service. I just tried to load the app on my iPhone (iOS 17.0.3) and i no longer see any of my equipment. All i see is the ability to set up a system. is there an outage?

@Rockyghamilton No outage that I am aware of but do recommend you call SS support now. Posting in the community for something this concerning is not the most expedient route to get it resolved.

Also suggest you initiate a test on your keypad and confirm you get a recorded call from disptach and notification on your phone it was received.

Hi @Rockyghamilton, 

When you open up the mobile app, if you tap the house icon on the top left corner and select your system location, does it pull up your devices again? If it does not load your devices, I agree with Captain11 and I would recommend contacting our Support team for some live assistance. They'll be able to take a look into your account with you, and replace the Base Station if necessary.
