No login page or control panel

I don't know if anyone has had this problem, but I can't login to my account or see my dashboard. When I click on login, all I get is a blank web page.
This starting happening a couple of days ago. Other than that, everything's been fine except for a few mishaps with the alarm going off after pressing "Away" on my key fob and leaving the house. It turned out to be a low battery on a motion sensor (I think)!

@ chris4stix, I have not experienced these problems and quickest way to resolve is to call support. They are open 7 days a week, 9am to midnight Eastern.

Thanks captain11, I'll try that right now. I'll post back with the results.

Looks like simplisafe re-designed their control panel web interface. I was able to log in on Safari (Mac). Won't work on Firefox.

Won't work on a Macbook using Firefox for some reason, but does work with Safari.

I can not log in on either Firefox or Google Chrome.  Called them and they said it was on my end. I DON'T THINK SO.
No trouble on any other web page.

Hi all,

By any chance do you have AdBlockers enabled on certain browsers? We've found that some site features are being blocked, and it would help to Whitelist www.simplisafe.com. Of course, our developers are aware of the situation.

It might also help to make sure that Javascript and cookies are both enabled for our site.

You can also try cleaning your browser cache when these kinds of problems occur...

@chedges609, and turn off any adblockers.  Curious, what OS, browser, version etc.  Mine is Windows10, 64bit and dashboard is fine with Firefox, Chrome and even Edge.

Going nuts myself with this. Also, last 2 days my motion center triggered alarm at same time, both days. Can't figure out why. System has been working fine for years, until this new upgrade they're pushing . I couldn't even get into dashboard to turn off faulty motion detector, because it's just a blank page. The new mobile app is useless if you don't have camera and interactive plan. Hopefully, this isn't a way for them to force everyone to upgrade with new system and interactive plan. It's a shame when companies forget the people who started with them, get bigger, more successful , and make perfectly good equipment obsolete. I hope that's not what's happening. I would love my keypad to light up, I have original. Can I buy new keypad that lights and add to my system......of course not.....it's not compatible. So.....let's see what the future brings.

@sloren53

Online Command via the smartphone app or the online Dashboard has always required the Interactive Monitoring Plan. Perhaps you were thinking about the Easy Setup Wizard to access your advanced settings? You can get to that simply by inserting your Master Keychain Remote into your computer.

Also as long as you have Monitoring active (even Standard Monitoring), you should still be able to log into your account on the app or Dashboard to access your system's Timeline event log, or make changes to your contact, payment, and account info.

As for your Motion Sensor; since the false alarm has happened a couple of times, that gives us a little bit more info to work with. You might already know this, but your Motion Sensor is triggered by heat sources moving around within its field of view. So if there's a warm object that comes into view at around a particular time of day (like, say, sunlight filtering through trees, or one of those smart lamps that comes on only at certain times of day), that might be your culprit.

If you haven't already, I suggest you give us a call at 1-888-957-4675. Our Support team might be able to talk you through some troubleshooting, live over the phone.
