How do I get to my "Managed Components page" where it shows type, sensor #, setting & instant trigger, etc. on my desk top computer?

Hi @momd ,
On the SimpliSafe app, it's under Menu > My System > Device Settings.
But on your account online, which you can access from any web browser, it's under Menu > Devices.

@momd Call SS support to walk you through, or if you prefer, go to the main website page at www.simplisafe.com, look for the person icon in a cirlce on the top right hand side, log in and you will taken to your web Dashboard. Your menu will be on the left side. Note that for camera settings, you will need to use the app.
