Lost all devices

Lost all my devices.  When were they removed?  What have I paid for a system that dropped my devices and didn’t protect my home.

@gmalvarado This issue has been posted about several times, and, if it happened to me I would not be a happy camper either. Suggest you call support immeidately to troubleshoot and see if they can restore your settings remotely, send you replacement equipment etc.

Something may have happened to your system at the hardware level, and we'll need to troubleshoot more in-depth. We may need to replace your Base Station. Please contact our Support team and we'll take care of you.
