iPad app stopped working

Same on both my iOS devices. Very frustrating.

Same for me on my iPhone that was updated today but my iPad hasn't been updated yet so still works with the older app.

I just checked wife's iPhone.  Simplisafe app seems to be working there.

And added Simplisafe app to my iPad.  It works there.

This needs to be escalated, ridiculous!

And just to keep bumping this, the app version that is broken is v2074.8.8. I emailed customer support about this, curious to see what happens.

Apparently there is an issue with the update for the app, which is why i haven't done the update because I have been seeing where people have been having issues since the update so i said i will not update our apps till they fix whatever problem it is. As of now ours are working but once again I have not updated the app.

Works fine for me.

As I mentioned above I just added Simplisfe iOS app to iPad today.  So it's likely lastest app.

Yes, same here (wish I'd seen this before I updated) - got home today and couldn't get in my house (well, I did eventually dig out the keychain remote, but wasn't expecting to need it)

Hoping this will be fixed quickly!

(Editing to add that I did uninstall and reinstall the app and then it worked - will see if it continues to work...)

My Iphone updated the Simplisafe app yesterday afternoon. The app worked normally in the morning, but in the afternoon, the buttons were faded out and wouldn't work. Have contacted tech support. This NEEDS to be resolved ASAP!!!!!!!
