Hi,

If you're looking to the change the email address that we have for your account, you can do so from your online account on a web browser. You can log in here, then navigate to Menu > Manage Account.

Unfortunately at the time of writing, this option is not yet available on the SimpliSafe app.

You can also give us a call at 800-548-9508 and our Support team can make the change for you.

@ramsafe you have to call support but they can do it quickly and painlessly. I changed mine from a yahoo account to google. No issues.

Captain, lol, I suggest YOU edit your post to infer "I changed mine from one email account to another email account" (and leave out the names of the email accounts - since, you probably know that here on the forums, if you name the email platform,...(I know you will figure out what I'm talking about without having to reveal it :)

@pabloj2022​ are you logging into your online account through a web browser? The option is available on the web, but not the SimpliSafe app.
