If you're looking to the change the email address that we have for your account, you can do so from your online account on a web browser. You can log in here, then navigate to Menu > Manage Account.
Unfortunately at the time of writing, this option is not yet available on the SimpliSafe app.
You can also give us a call at 800-548-9508 and our Support team can make the change for you.

There is no option to change emails in my account.
@pabloj2022 are you logging into your online account through a web browser? The option is available on the web, but not the SimpliSafe app.
