Husband logging in

For the last two weeks, every time my husband tries to log into the app, it is requesting to use a passcode and then pops up a QR code. It no longer allows him to use just my sign in information. How can I stop this from happening. I am primary on the account but he also uses my information for the app when I’m not home.

Hi @memily8302, 

Has your husband tried removing the app from his device and then installing it again? That may help in case anything is cached. If that doesn't work, could you please send a screenshot of the message your husband is seeing.
