How to lock the app

@jeremyblm two ways on Android. Hit the all apps button, go to SS app and swipe up, or, manually log out. I opted to use the applock and then selected the biometric option (fingerprint) and works better and quicker. If I confused you, my apologies and sugget you call support to walk you through. (BTW, don't own one apple product so I didn't cover that).

Yes, App Lock should be locking your app down after 10 seconds - assuming that you've exited the app. But it's not going to lock while you're still in it.

The other thing is that you might have enabled FaceID on your phones. Since you only need to be looking at your phone for it to activate, it might be going to fast for you to notice!
