@edtrumbull this is something I have asked since I first got my original SS2 system back in April of 2012 for the sensor list. Timeline would be great too, but alas, there is no download tool.
You can first filter on the timeline, then copy the data (PIA) and then open Excel, right click and select "Paste Special", then select "Test". It will copy your timeline but it is UGLY, and you will have to do a lot of editing.

@dp, I completely understand why you say that, but..... many did ask for a better way to sort through the timeline, and we got that. Nuke flash on the website.....just recently got done. I think SS is now getting to the size and funding that the dev staff can and will do more. To my surprise, SS add a widget to the Android eco system that allows arming, disarming from there. Dangerous IMO and not what I wanted, but its there. I would like to see an Android widget that would give you direct access from there to the video doorbell, with fingerprint authentication, to make it much easier to use.
Only time will tell. Keep the faith! :-) GO TEAM SIMPLISAFE!!!!!

Simply saving a pdf of every day doesn't work as there doesn't appear to be a printer friendly save feature - or is there?
