Well, since there are no forum moderators or admins. , I'd say you will have to call SS support and ask them to remove your web account manually. Quite frankly, I don't think it matters a whole lot. If you want to stop receiving marketing e-mails from them, just wait until the next one shows up and unsubscribe from SS.
@2crayz, you can't delete your account and doubt SS will do it for you. Cancel it, yes; suspend it, yes; but from a liability standpoint, they will keep the record. If they do, it will be in the TOS, which you agreed to when you bought the product.
^ Call SS, explain what happened. If it is a fraudulent account set up, tell them to delete it. (if you're a current customer, provide your safeword to verify your real account). Also tell wife to change her email program password to something more difficult to crack (with a combination of letters, numbers, symbols).
If you take a look here you can see that many states have "Privacy Rights" that allow you "The right to delete personal information we have obtained about you." however I'm unable to find where I can submit a request. https://simplisafe.com/privacy-policy/#ccpa
Pretty bad. You don't allow people to remove their information from your records now that I'm not using your services. Sure, we "agreed" to this when we put the original sign up in place.

I also want to delete my account and data. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to do that...
