Google Home integration not working

Just bought the newest system to replace our very old one. Got everything set up last Saturday, but even though we have the interactive monitoring and everything is connected on both the Simplisafe and Google Home / Assistant side, every time we try to prompt the system to arm, it says the Simplisafe is not connected. I'm at a bit of a loss now and want to see if I'm missing something with the integration on either side... any help would be great because this is the only reason we have the interactive monitoring.
