@dlpsr has the right idea! You can get your PINs on the SimpliSafe app:
Each PIN will be obscured. You'll have to select one, and tap the PIN box to reveal your current PIN. You can also change it there.
Alternately, you can also contact our Support team. If you reach out via live chat, you'll need to know the username (email) and password for your SimpliSafe account. And if you contact us by phone, you'll need to verbally confirm your Safe Word. Then the agent can tell you any and all info that's on your account.
