Download/Save Video?

How the heck do you download and save a video from timeline to be able to send to someone?  Ive been messing with it for a while and cannot figure it out.
I have an iphone with the app and i also pulled it up on my computer but cant figure it out there either.... Thanks!

Ok, I figured it out on my laptop computer but id like to be able to do it right from the app on my iphone. Still have not figured that out. If anyone can help with that id appreciate it.
