Click on 'Settings' (there should be a menu bar or links to the left hand side of your main dashboard page).
Under Settings, click on 'Monitoring'.
In the section 'Monitored Address', scroll to the bottom of that section, there should be a Time Zone setting with an arrow drop-down option to choose your timezone.
Your Settings should be usable - do you have interactive monitoring? If so, call SS again and ask why the Settings option is not active for you. If not, I'm not sure what options are available for those without the interactive monitoring plan, call and ask SS.
From the app, the 3 horizontal lines in the top left.will make visible Settings (as well as other options). However, I do not see where to adjust your timezone from the app.
On the dashboard from a computer, the word 'Settings' is not selectable. It is a heading for the selectable items below it (Monitoring, PINs, System, Devices, Integrations, Alerts).
If you are not on the $25 interactive plan, I believe all choices will still be visible, but not all can be selected.
^ If 'Settings' does not appear in your sidelinks/menubar, then it should be under 'Monitoring' - check that section, it should be at the very end of the Monitoring section.

I cannot save my settings to correct the timezone issue. I guess I have to setup my monitoring info before the setting can be saved. Anybody have any ideas to fix this?
My team member Harriet asked the question, because the Timeline on the SimpliSafe app should be basing its timezone on your phone's clock - so if you go somewhere in a different timezone, the Timeline should automatically display based on your current location.
