This continues to be broken on the website, there is now way to have it keep and hold the new payment method, it seems to revert back to the incorrect one on its own and there is NO WAY to delete that payment method?
@ZThomas1987 Your default payment method certainly shouldn't be reverting back to another card you have on file. How soon after changing your payment method do you see it revert back? And if you have a card on your account that you want to remove, our Support team can help with that.
@smccolgin1 We list out the steps to take to update your payment method on the web app in the How to Update Your Payment Method article in the Help Center. Is there a certain step that is not working? Or will the new payment method itself not save?

@lauram63 Apologies - at this time payment methods can only be removed by our Support team. If you contact them, they will be able to remove any additional payment methods.
When I set up my account, I was forced into the highest plan. There was never an option to choose. Then, to change the plan, I had to call and speak to a representative. That representative (Jude), hung up on me while I was trying to change the plan, so now I have to call and wait again.
Major issues:
1. Cannot choose plan
2. Cannot even see billing cycle (does not show when plan renews)
3. Have to cancel over phone like it's 1995
4. Cannot pre cancel, have to call the day before the plan switches, but YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE WHAT DAY THAT IS
For a security company, I feel incredibly unsecure.
So you can add a card and make some changes to an existing or change an existing payment card, but you can not delete a payment card. That is a pile of crap. If one gets a new credit card and wants to use it they can add it, so you should be able to remove the old c[payment card, having to call their support desk to do this is a ridiculous waste of time and money.
It doesn't say how to do it online, only on a phone, although the Help section says it is possible. And then if you add a second payment method, you have no way of knowing if it will use it or continue trying the first payment method. Please update your help instructions and make this easier for both the phone and the desktop version.
When adding a new payment method, it will automatically become your default method. But if you would like your original credit card to remain your default payment method, you can tap on it in the mobile app and select "Make it my default".

This is not user friendly at all, and it doesn't allow you to delete cc accounts that you used but no longer wish to.
