Can't View Camera on iPhone 11xr or ipad
Is anyone else having problems viewing camera on their iPhone 11xr or ipad? The screen is blank for the camera. I've deleted the SimpliSafe app and downloaded again but nothing fixes the problem. I called SimpliSafe and they said it is a known bug and they are working on it. I've had SimpliSafe for 3 years and love the system. This is the first time I have had problems.

If you are able to view your cameras without issue through your account on SimpliSafe.com, it sounds like you may be experiencing similar issues to some of our other users on iOS. There is a thread about the issue that has been discussed here. It is indeed a bug that our engineers are aware of and working on addressing.
