cannot see my devices

I have the self monitoring plan and I cannot see my devices.  I can only see camera's as well.

Hi @Joe401 ,

So you're on the $9.99 Self-Monitoring with Camera Recordings plan, and you can see your cameras in the app, but not the rest of your system. When you log into the app, or your account online, do you see the Devices tab, on the left menu? That's where all your alarm system devices should be displayed, including their statuses.

@davey_d​ My apologies, let me clarify.  Yes, I see my list of devices and device status when I log in to my account on line through a web browser. I cannot see a list of devices or device status in my mobile app.  I would have thought you would be able to see the device list in status through the mobile app as well.  Is there a way to see the devices in your app.

@Joe401​ yes, through the same menu, under Menu > My System > Device Settings. If that's not showing for you, it might help to log out of the app, and log back in.
