Cannot See Devices on the App

I don't have full monitoring, only cameras are recording. However I cannot see integrations or devices on my app, I can only see the camera and timeline.

Hi @lindapryor22,

Would you be able to elaborate a bit as to what you are saying? Are you able to see your devices if logged in to your account through SimpliSafe.com but not the app? If you let us know, we'll try our best to help you troubleshoot any issues that you are having.

Same as lyndapryor22,
logged in on app and on PC. only Dashboard, timeline and cameras are accessible. All other selections have a greyed out paddlock, so can't open devices, system, PINS, Alerts, etc.
Do we have to subscribe for that? I purchased door sensors, so I should be able to open devices and see those.
