Cannot log into system

Is anyone else having issues logging into the web app?  I have been having trouble logging in for the past several weeks.  I can get to the login screen without issue, and then verify my device.  The app then gets hung up on the screen that says "Connecting to Simplisafe".  It sits there forever, and never actually connects.

I have tried logging in using Chrome, Brave and Explorer.

@darosrd no issues on Android Phone (Pixel 4a) or on my computer (Win10).  I will spare you my sarcasm directed as SS--I guess I am sparing them too-- and again, asking for years, please get a website area set up to determine status of back systems for customers.

darosrd, if you are still having issues this morning suggest you call support. Or, SS team, provide world class service and proactively call the customer.

@darosrd - Same Problem Here!

I'm having the exact same issue . . . interestingly enough, while I cannot access my SS account on Chrome, I was successful signing in through Edge.

I can also verify the comment left by @Captain11 in that I have no issues signing in via Android.

Log ins no issue but do want to confirm there is a known issue with push alerts for those that use the Android version of the phone app.

I can login, but my account shows I have no location and I can't arm or disarm my system... Currently waiting in line to tech support...

The Base Station looks and operates just fine, test signal ok.

Just got off the phone with SilliSafe. After diligently checking the customer service rep determined that indeed they are having issues but that the system works fine unless you want to remotely arm/disarm the system, monitor cameras, check system status remotely, the usual.

I was told if I have an emergency I can call customer service! I reminded the rep that I had been on hold for nearly 30 minutes so if it was an emergency, it was probably too late for that.

They will notify us when it's fixed. Just like they notified us when it went down. This rep was speaking from a script that could not have been written by a competent individual.

Hi all,

Last Friday evening there was an interruption, for about two hours, to our account services that lead to many users' inability to use the SimpliSafe app or to manage their accounts through SimpliSafe.com. While our monitoring services were unaffected during this period and alarms were still able to be responded to, we understand that this is an area in which we have fallen short of the expectations that we, ourselves, and our customers hold us to. Know that while our first priority is keeping our services up and running to ensure the safety of all of our customers' homes, we are working on our processes for notifying our customers in the future.

As this issue was resolved shortly on Friday, any customers who are having issues should contact our Support Team to troubleshoot their specific issues. Support can be reached at Customer-Support@SimpliSafe.com or by phone at 1-800-548-9508 from 8 AM to Midnight ET, 7 days a week.

Try clearing your browser's cache, then try logging in again.

Make sure your email is the one you've set up your SS account with and not any other email.  If this doesn't work, call SS, you'll need your safe word if they need to view your account, then confirm the email on your account is correct.
