@drloriclark Try a hard reboot of your base (unplug, unscrew bottom, take plug out, take out a battery for 3 minutes. Reverse steps and try again. if it doesn't work, call support.

Hey @drloriclark as Captain11 mentioned doing a power cycle by removing the Base Station batteries is a good start. Is it not seeing the Wi-Fi name on both the Keypad and the Mobile app? If we've only tried the Mobile App is may be worth to test on the Keypad as well to start.
Also bringing the Base closer to the Wi-Fi point. Ensuring there weren't any updates to the Wi-Fi router settings post reboot after the power outage as well can explain why it may have suddenly gone missing after working for an extended period of time.
