App not working iPhone SE and older ipad

The app is not working and says there is no connection even though I'm connected to data and/or WiFi. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Tech support tried some things on their end and nothing works. Are there any other fixes to get the app working?

Ss2 or SS3? I'd ss2, did you recently upgrade to a Verizon 4g card? Ipad, Android, computer all couldn't connect. When I upgraded my card.

I have had the same problem since April, both before and after card upgrade....after installing doorbell
