App Message: No Police Dispatch

Hello, hopefully someone can help. We have a message in the app on the overview tab that says “Profile Incomplete. No Police Dispatch.” It has a button below it that reads “Finish Profile.” Whenever I click it, a blank white screen comes up. I have troubleshooted already by making sure the app is up to date and iPhone is up to date. Also, I logged in on the web browser and there is no error messages. Everything seems to be in order. Please help, thanks!

@Dejalawryn the importance of the message cannot be overstated you have an alarm, SS monitoring is not going to dispatch the police. Suggest you call SS support immediately and sort this out to clear the message.
