App error message
This app error message started three days ago:
”Device connection problem “
It happens when checking the temperature sensors.
The temperatures are updating, regardless of the message.
I have a 2nd generation system.

So you have a SimpliSafe Original, and the error pops up on the app only when you're checking the status of your Temperature Sensors. Does your system work as normal otherwise? I'm reporting this to our engineering team.
