I went to set the alarm from my app and it offers a set up option. It was there yesterday and gone tonight. Halp.

I would try logging out of the SimpliSafe mobile app and back into it to see if that retrieves your system's information. If that does not help, I would reach out to our Support team at 800-548-9508 for some real-time troubleshooting.
